Prices and Payment

You agree to pay for all products and services ordered. The price given on the product page does not include delivery. The prices of the products and services we provide may be changed at any time without notice, but we will never change the prices of any goods you have ordered and paid for. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments. There may be a fee for using a payment card, but you will be notified before checkout. Please note: we do NOT offer refunds for change of mind at any time. You can change the product if necessary, you must be contact us 24 hours in advance by sending an email to info@flowerbridge.com.au.

Our express time is 10.am to 6.00pm. Please note that unless we confirm before ordering, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day. Our courier has the right to put flowers at or near the front door. If necessary, we will contact the recipient or sender to let them know where we parked the flowers. If there is no safe place to leave them, we will try to contact the sender to reschedule the delivery, which is an additional cost to the sender. If we are unable to contact, we will not be able to redeliver, replace or refund the product. We will take photos of the flowers, house number or mailbox number before we delivery the flowers to the receiver to prove that our courier delivered the correct address on the order.


Incorrect and Incomplete address

Please be careful to provide us with correct, complete and up-to-date address information. If the address you provide to us is incorrect or incomplete, and we place an order in accordance with your instructions, we will not be responsible for any errors. If we are unable to deliver to the incorrect or incomplete address and the order has been returned to LVLY HQ, we can re-deliver, but the customer will pay additional delivery fees and product replacement fees for any perishable items (such as flowers), which need to be supplemented.

LVLY reserves the right to substitute flowers and plants when necessary, but we will always do our best to ensure that the quality of the final product is similar to the required product. Warranties and refunds

Please note that this is a DAILY ARRANGEMENT and will vary day to day, there will be a little differences but we will try to keep the original elements, it is also depending on what is the most beautiful and fresh at the market.

Due to our quick turnaround times were unable to refund if you change your mind about a purchased product. We are also unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost. Unless we cannot supply the product or any sold out products, we will contact you and offer full refund to your payment account. We will photo the flowers before we deliver to you, if you are at all unsatisfied with our products, please let us know immediately within 12 hours so that we can discuss a refund or another delivery. We will Full refunds including shipping costs if the goods with major faults/defects. We cannot take responsibility if you damage the bouquet (for example, no one at home, let the flowers stay at the door; Failure to take care of the flowers causes the flowers to rot or be destroyed, etc.).
